Soybean Project
Soybeans are essential to Japanese cuisine. However, Japan's domestic soybean self-sufficiency rate is only 20%, with the majority being imported from overseas. With the simple theme of "Let's increase the self-sufficiency rate of domestically produced soybeans!", we have collaborated with local manufacturing companies in the industrial association and, while listening to farmers' opinions, developed a soybean sorting machine to reduce the burden of sorting after harvesting and to provide an environment that makes cultivation easier for small-scale farmers. We will continue to aim for mutual revitalization through collaborations between local factories and companies in other industries.
Making Japan happy through manufacturing, using soybeans.
Soybean sorting is a time-consuming and laborious task that farmers struggle with every year. This product enables efficient, safe, and reliable sorting, and is easy to implement. It is also contributing to the creation of new jobs in local welfare.

Soybean sorting machine product introduction
This is a small, specialized machine for sorting threshed soybeans into large, medium, and small sizes.
The sorting process required after harvesting and threshing of soybeans can be performed efficiently and with high precision using electric (manual) equipment.
Compared to the traditional manual sorting method using a flat mesh screen, this significantly reduces working time!
Three features of this product

The sorting capacity is approximately 30 kg per hour (this may vary depending on the crop yield).

Its compact design makes it portable and suitable for use anywhere.

The sorting table's incline can be easily adjusted, allowing it to accommodate traditional soybeans and those with a slightly flattened shape. (The mesh size of the streamliner can be changed to suit the product.)

《Process from order placement to shipping》
To coincide with the soybean sorting season, the product will be available for purchase and sale from November to February. By allocating the manufacturing period to this timeframe, it will be easier to establish a mass production system.
By limiting the order period to pre-orders and selling the product as an assembly kit, we can reduce manufacturing costs and offer it at a low price.
*When placing your order, you will be required to pay half the amount as a deposit, and the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.
