About Takatsu Craft
Takatsu Ward is located in the heart of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which stretches from north to south. Unlike the bay area where large corporate factories line the streets, it is a town of craftsmen where you can catch a glimpse of the origins of manufacturing, with many small and medium-sized factories scattered throughout . The Takatsu Koyu-kai is a rare inter-industry cooperative in the prefecture, consisting of approximately 300 local companies, aiming to develop local industries. We, the Takatsu Craft members, who belong to the Takatsu Koyu-kai, are a unique group of companies with a passion and commitment to manufacturing. We will utilize our diverse skills to pursue new possibilities in manufacturing!

Our cooperative was founded in February 1946, when the scars of the post-war era were still very much present, as a friendly local organization. Like a few seeds sown in the earth, we continued our efforts to nurture them carefully, hoping that they would one day grow into beautiful flowers and bear fruit. In February 2026, we will celebrate our 80th anniversary . Thanks to the efforts and enthusiasm of our predecessors, we have firmly taken root, spread our branches and leaves, bloomed, and are now aiming to bring about abundant harvests, contributing to the development of local industries and improving the welfare of our employees .
