We have expanded our range of materials to meet customer demands, from various metals such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and brass to difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium, permalloy, Inconel, and Hastelloy.
In recent years, we have expanded our services to include the machining of super engineering plastics, enabling precision machining at a level comparable to that of various metals. We can also provide one-stop service from material procurement to surface treatment.
2. Excellent quality control system through extensive measuring equipment and thorough calibration procedures.
One of the most important elements in precision parts machining is "quality control." With a wide range of measuring instruments, including a 3D measuring machine (Mitutoyo CRYSTA-APEXC574) and image measuring instruments, and a thorough commitment to daily calibration and technological improvement, we consistently maintain an excellent quality level in precision parts machining where high precision is required.
In 2008, we obtained ISO 9001 certification, and we have since received high praise and trust from medical device manufacturers and others.
3. We can handle prototyping and small to medium-lot processing of precision parts ranging from fingernail-sized to palm-sized.
With numerous state-of-the-art machines, including 5-axis machining centers (three Yamazaki Mazak INTEGREX machines), machining centers, and NC lathes, and extensive expertise, we are able to handle the cutting of precision parts requiring high technical skill, such as optical components for electron microscopes and other optical devices, as well as medical device components for laser scalpels and ultrasonic scalpels.
