With over 60 years of experience, Nabesei began with tapping press products. Armed with high technical capabilities and strong proposal skills, we have worked alongside manufacturers' engineers and designers, helping them realize their visions. We handle a wide range of high-precision machining methods, from manual processing to five-axis machining, and as your partner, we can propose the optimal machining methods to further reduce product costs and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Nabesei is a company that boldly takes on new and challenging tasks. Starting as a small tapping shop, we gradually increased our machine tools, including lathes, NC lathes, and machining centers.
Going forward, we will nurture our employees, take on more challenging tasks, cherish and pass on our history and know-how, and create a new model for a local factory where we can think for ourselves and communicate our ideas.
Sample results (past performance)
This product was machined using an Okuma LB15 and a Washino 6-foot general-purpose lathe, alternating between the two. Precise machining of the surface requires skilled craftsmanship.
This is a chromoly steel funnel machined using a Yamazaki Mazak VARIAXIS J-500. It will be used in an extruder.
This is a prototype developed in collaboration with Sesame Factory. When the two pieces are put together, the word "LOVE" appears in the gap.
